Consent for the processing of personal data for clients-individuals

By leaving an application on the internet website https://cosmicrealty.agency/audit.php, the client gives their Consent to the processing of their personal data (the Consent). The Client confirms that they are acting freely, at their own will and in their own best interest and also confirms their legal capacity and gives their consent to the ТОО Космик Риэлти, phone number 8 (800) 200-25-87, TIN 221140015237, email hello@cosmicrealty.agency for the processing of their personal data on the following terms:

1. The following Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools and with the use of them.
2. The Consent is given for processing the following personal data: non-special and non-biometrical personal data: phone numbers; emails; the source that the user used to visit the website; which website or which advertisement; what pages have been opened and what buttons have been clicked by the user; ip-address.
3. Personal data shall not be generally available.
4. The purpose of processing personal data is processing the incoming applications of individuals for providing advice; analysing actions of an individual on the website and website functionality; conducting advertising and news mailouts.
5. The processing of personal data is grounded by Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of the Federal Act №152-FZ «On Personal Data»; the current consent on the processing of personal data.
6. Processing of personal data includes the following processes: collection; recording; systematisation; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access); blocking, deletion, destruction.
7. The processing of personal data may be stopped at the request of a personal data subject. The storage of the personal data written on paper is conducted according to the Federal Law №125-FZ «On Archiving in the Russian Federation» and other regulatory documents related to archiving and archival storage.
8. The Consent may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data or their representative by sending a written application to the ТОО Космик Риэлти or their representative at the address indicated in the beginning of this Consent or by email hello@cosmicrealty.agency.
9. In case of the withdrawal of the Consent to the processing of personal data by the subject or their representative, the Cosmic Realty company (Individual Entrepreneur Fedorov Maksim Sergeyevich) has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data on the grounds indicated in Clauses 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and Clause 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law №152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.
10. This consent is valid all the time until the moment when the personal data is stopped being processed, stated in Clause 7 and Clause 8 of the current Consent.
